In order to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number please fill the form below.
Fields marked with asterix(*) are mandatory. Upon receipt of the completed RMA Form, a RMA Number will be assigned automaticaly within 24 business hours after submitting the request and returned to you via email.
Your RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returned products with no RMA number visible on the box may not be accepted by us.
A copy of the purchase invoice must be included for warranty verification. In order for us to provide you with the best possible service please describe your problem in as much detail as possible.
The device you're sending to us should come with all original accesories included.
